- Two weeks notice: We require at least two weeks notice for on-line party reservations. If you would like to reserve with less than 2 weeks notice, please give us a call at 734-219-7484 to check availability and we will do everything we can to make sure you can host your party with us!
- Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds: We require a 50% deposit at the time of your order. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit is fully refundable for any reason up to 1 week prior to the event. We can not return deposits for any cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the event.
- Confirmation of Availability: Within 2 days of placing your order and paying the deposit, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the availability of your room and any other information you requested. Entertainment confirmations may take 2 to 5 days, but will be confirmed via e-mail as well. Click here to see our available dates!
