Cinnamon Caramel Apple Ice Cream Pie!



We’re not trying to brag, but our Apple Pie Filling is, ahem…AWESOME!! We cook down a blend of apples with cinnamon and nutmeg and brown sugar and butter and even a touch of bourbon for the most intensely flavorful apple pie you’ve ever tasted. But we’re not in the pie-making biz, we’re in the ice cream biz, so of course we had to put it in an ice cream pie! Our take on the classic apple pie features Vietnamese cinnamon ice cream, our ahem… AMAZING apple pie filling in our spiced graham cracker pie crust topped with vanilla bean whipped cream!

All of our products are proudly made by hand, 6 quarts at a time, in Ypsilanti, Michigan. We use only natural ingredients. No hidden emulsifiers, stabilizers or preservatives. We buy our ingredients locally whenever possible, and it’s almost always possible.
