True confession. Blueberries are pretty much my favorite food. Yes, I love the raspberry, and lo, I love me a steak, but blueberries – fresh, juicy, sweet Michigan blueberries on a Summer day? I freak out just thinking about it. One of my favorite ways to serve Blueberries for desert is to place them in a bowl, swirl on a bit of extra-tangy homemade lemon curd and top them with a healthy dollop of freshly made vanilla whipped cream. So when it came time to make a beautiful batch of Michigan Bluecrop Blueberries into an ice cream, I knew just what to do. I am wild about this lively, tangy, summer flavor and I know you will be, too.

All of our products are proudly made by hand, 6 quarts at a time, in Ypsilanti, Michigan. We use only natural ingredients. No hidden emulsifiers, stabilizers or preservatives. We buy our ingredients locally whenever possible, and it’s almost always possible.
